Day 1 – Arrival | Transfer to Darjeeling Tea Estate

Arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport followed by meet and greet by the Roam and Ramble representative. Begin a scenic drive towards Darjeeling, which takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.

The journey gradually ascends through lush forests, winding hill roads, and expansive tea gardens.

Upon arrival, check in at a heritage tea estate resort or boutique hotel surrounded by the picturesque tea plantations. Spend the afternoon relaxing amidst the peaceful tea garden environment.

In the evening you may enjoy a leisurely walk through the tea estate and experience the refreshing mountain atmosphere.

Day 2 – Tea Garden Experience and Darjeeling Exploration

After breakfast begin the day with an immersive tea garden experience.

Guests can walk through the tea plantations while learning about the history and process of Darjeeling tea production. Depending on the season, you may observe tea plucking and visit a tea factory to understand the stages of tea processing.

Later visit some of the important attractions in Darjeeling including the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, and the Japanese Temple with Peace Pagoda.

In the evening explore the lively Mall Road and Chowrasta area known for cafés, handicraft shops, and colonial charm.

Day 3 – Excursion to Mirik and Kurseong

After breakfast proceed for a scenic excursion to Mirik.

Mirik is a peaceful hill town known for its beautiful Sumendu Lake surrounded by pine forests and tea gardens. Enjoy a relaxed walk around the lake and experience the calm atmosphere of the region.

Later continue the journey to Kurseong, another charming hill town located along the famous Darjeeling Himalayan Railway route. Kurseong is known for its scenic viewpoints, colonial heritage, and expansive tea gardens.

Spend some time exploring the town and enjoying the mountain landscapes before returning to the hotel.

Day 4 – Departure

After breakfast check out from the hotel and begin the return journey to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport.

The tour concludes with refreshing memories of the lush tea gardens, scenic hill towns, and the unique tea heritage of North Bengal.
